Ihre Aufgaben
  • Lead development and execution of the German medical affairs plan for nephrology
  • Active support of Medical Director Germany (regarding launch readiness, lifecycle management, strategic positioning of products)
  • Gather actionable medical insights from the field to inform internal strategy
  • Take full medical responsibility for Germany as the national MSL in the field of nephrology/rare diseases
  • Engage with KOLs, scientific societies, and treatment centers to establish and grow a strong expert network
  • Share scientific insights, clinical data, and educational content in an unbiased, compliant manner
  • Drive awareness and understanding of the disease area and upcoming therapy
  • Represent the company at national and international medical conferences, advisory boards, and educational events
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and compliance in all activities
  • Guide the development, review, and approval of scientific content for internal and external use; ensure scientific accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all medical materials
  • Oversee content for congresses (e.g., abstracts, posters, booth materials) and publications strategy
  • Support pre-launch and launch activities in close alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Market Access, and Sales

 

Das sind Sie
  • MD, PharmD or PhD (life sciences)
  • 5+ years relevant pharma experience (e.g., Medical Affairs or similar) in niche indications
  • Expertise in hematology/ oncology and nephrology is nice to have
  • Proven launch preparation and life-cycle management track record
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator; confident with external physicians/scientists
  • Travel up to 60%
  • Fluent German & English (written and spoken)
  • Analytical, entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality; strong can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments
