To achive that, the company is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to join them in this pivotal launch.

Berufserfahrung

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Be a key driver of a product launch in hematology in Germany
  • Identify, develop, and grow strategic accounts—ensuring access and uptake
  • Build and activate strong referral networks to support early patient identification
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Business Operations)
  • Establish strong, trust-based relationships with hematologists and KOLs
  • Execute pre- and post-launch activities with excellence
  • Take full ownership of your territory and contribute to shaping the national strategy
  • Represent your company at national and local medical congresses
  • Help lay the foundation for future commercial team growth and structure in Germany
Das sind Sie
  • 5+ years of experience in specialty care, ideally in hematology
  • A proven track record of successful product launches and territory development
  • Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
  • You’re a relationship builder—trusted by HCPs and stakeholders alike
  • Experience with compassionate use / early access programs (e.g. § 23(7) SGB V or similar)
  • Passion for rare diseases and a strong patient-focus
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others is a plus—you’re ready to grow into a leadership role
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel across your region regularly
