Berufserfahrung
At least 5 years of work experience in a responsible commercial position in the rare diseases market
Ihre Aufgaben
- Refine and implement the existing business plan for Austria, ensuring the successful commercialization of current and future products.
- Lead and manage internal and external contract sales resources.
- Oversee pricing and market access strategies in alignment with the company´s pricing framework.
- Identify and engage marketing and communication resources necessary to execute the business plan in collaboration with the EU Operations team.
- Drive business development activities for new product opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic planning, refining their vision, positioning, and long-term market strategy
- Drive the commercialization of 2 products in the region.
Das sind Sie
- Degree (Diploma/Master’s) in natural sciences, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales/commercial experience, preferably with orphan drugs or specialty products in hospital and private practice settings.
- Experience in Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management and building scientific networks.
- Deep understanding of the rare disease landscape, including commercialization strategies for niche products.
- Expertise in Austrian market access, pricing, and reimbursement processes, with a strong network in the field.
- Fluent in English and German
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks, including codes of practice
- Hands-on, results-oriented approach with a strong commercial drive.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
