Ihre Aufgaben

• In your role as Medical Lead, you raise awareness and develop strong advocacy for the company-owned products with key opinion leaders, clinicians and other medically relevant stakeholders and institutions.
• You cultivate collaborative relationships and engage in scientific exchange based on rational, evidence-based, and scientifically supported medical arguments.
• You act as a scientific peer-to-peer resource towards disease experts and provide your medical community with up-to-date relevant medical information.
• You establish the structures of the Medical Affairs Team in Germany
• You support your commercial colleagues regarding all medical related questions and stay in close contact to the global medical team
• you report to and work closely together with the german GM
• you are responsible for the Creation, further development and coordination of medical short/mid and long term strategy plans

Das sind Sie

• You own a master degree + PhD in Natural Sciences or have a MD degree.
• You have 5+ years experience in the german pharmaceutical industry - ideally with Biotech reference and 3+ years in a field based medical affairs role e.g. MSL in niche indications
• Previous experience in successfully-launched biologics or therapeutics is a plus.
• You have first experience in the short term launch of products
• Therapeutic experience in genetics, metabolic disorders, nephrology or neurodegenerative disorders is preferred.
• In addition, you have a good knowledge of the German healthcare system and national regulations relating to codes of practice within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Furthermore, you work from home office and in-field 
• Hands-on Mentality, Can Do - Will Do Attitude and Willingness to leave a footprint with your own commitment
• Comfortable working with limited budgets and tight management of costs
• Good written and verbal knowledge of German and English is a matter of course for you.
