Ihre Aufgaben
  • In your role as Marketing Manager (m/f/d) DACH you have to inspire and equip the Regional Managers (RMs) towards brand aspiration, such as through brand and launch meetings and materials
  • You are responsible for leading local promotional activities and play a key role in the German team, working regularly with the Medical Affairs Director & Head of Marketing.
  • You implement the Cluster/Country Brand Plan in congruence with the European Brand Plan
  • You transfer positioning into a detailed German action-plan, including goals, tactics, and measures
  • Your role involves designing and executing German promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, congresses, e-projects, etc.) in line with Cluster and EU branding and key messages
  • You support the D-A-CH Regional Managers (RMs) by providing scientific and medical information in their territories to meet their specific objectives
  • You translate/implement the EU brand campaign in D-A-CH and partner with the EU Marketing Director
  • You build and maintain expert knowledge of product(s), markets, competitors, and therapy areas under your responsibility
  • Coordination of competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans in D-A-CH is part of your tasks
  • You partner with the Medical Affairs Director to optimize brand performance (e.g., goals of local clinical projects, KOL development, etc.)
  • You ensure best practice sharing, identify business opportunities, and develop business cases
Das sind Sie
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a research-based biopharmaceutical company in marketing
  • Experience and marketing know-how in the field of rare diseases (orphan drugs), neuropaediatrics or neurology would be an advantage.
  • You have a university degree (Master's), preferably in business administration or marketing.
  • You have professional experience with and excellent knowledge of physicians, physician associations or patient organizations
  • Experience in managing projects/processes with cross-functional/interdisciplinary teams is essential
  • You have strong analytical and methodical skills (problem definition, problem solving)
  • You have the ability to understand and summarize facts and convey them in a clear style
  • Adaptability to a multicultural environment is important
  • You are a native German speaker and are fluent in written and spoken English
