Ihre Aufgaben
The HR Business Partner will co-develop the people strategy to support the EMEA leaders in setting priorities, driving values and delivering business results in alignment with the overall business strategy. Reporting to the HR Lead for EMEA, the HR Business Partner will work closely together with functional leaders, executives and HR colleagues across the organization.

Your primary areas of focus are: 
  • You will be the primary HR contact for the Country Managers in the European organization, creating an end-to-end people strategy to support business priorities
  • You will take responsibility for Talent Acquisition & Onboarding for the country Teams
  • You will be involved in the organization design and development, in close collaboration with the HR Lead for Europe and the business 
  • You will consult, support and coach leaders in all matters related to people management, building effective team(s) and supporting team/ organizational changes 
  • You will support the business leaders in driving team performance/ effectiveness and talent management, advocating an open feedback culture 
  • You will play an active role in co-creating and optimizing future-proof HR processes in line with the company's growth and needs 
  • You will partner with HR colleagues - across regions and functions to ensure one HR Voice and aligned ways of working on topics such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Culture
Das sind Sie
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience and excellence in HR Business Partnership, preferably in a rapidly growing innovation driven company ( Talent Acquisition & Development, Organization Development, Culture) 
  • Experience in biotech/ pharma and a passion for the healthcare industry is a plus 
  • You hold a Bachelor oder Master's degree in human resources or equivalent by experience and you are fluent in English and GERMAN!, additional languages are a plus 
  • You are pragmatic, yet creative and innovative and lead while "rolling up your sleeves" to get it done 
  • You show strong leadership with proven ability to build, motivate and develop a team 
  • You combine strategic thinking with the ability to execute, both individually and by leading the teams, to achieve operstional excellence in the face of challenging goals
