Ihre Aufgaben
The role will focus on both near-term and pipeline assets, and will play a critical role in the definition of the commercial go-to-market strategy for the DACH region for each disease area being targeted by the company. This role will partner closely with the DACH Leadership Team, and the EMEA  Sales & Marketing Team, and the Head of Medical Affairs for the DACH cluster.   

Your primary areas of focus are:
  • Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy and promotional initiatives including omnichannel activities for the brand  
  • Set the regional marketing plans and support alignment of product business goals
  • Partner with the broader EMEA marketing team and discuss strategies regarding product marketing in the DACH region in collaboration with the County Leadership Team
  • Proactively identify unmet needs and opportunities to accelerate growth of the brand 
  • Prepare and oversee marketing budget
  • Conduct market research, analyze sales and marketing results and develop plans for improvement, as needed
  • Assess marketing opportunities through appropriate research
  • Ensure marketing efforts, maximize returns on assets while achieving the strategic goals within business policies
  • Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry including operational and strategy roles
  • Previous experience working in therapeutic  areas such as Neurology or Rare Diseases
  • You have hands-on experience in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Proven marketing acumen, with a data-driven and analytical approach to building new businesses
  • You have a well-established, deep network across the industry and possess competitive and market intelligence
  • You are a connector, building relationships and partnering across the organization to achieve the company goals
  • You excel in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly accountable environment and possess a high learning agility
  • You are pragmatic, yet creative and innovative and lead while "rolling up your sleeves" to get it done
  • You combine strategic thinking with the ability to execute, both individually and by leading teams, to achieve operational excellence in the face of challenging goals
